Mcklane Bobbitt started his real estate ventures not to long ago! In 2019 he successfully closed his first real estate wholesale deal. During this time he was working as a Salesman for a Software company. Mcklane took the opportunity every chance he got to prospect for contracts. On the way to work, during lunch, and after work! Mcklane realized that he had a problem, after finding REISift he noticed that he would have a cold caller dialing through hundreds and thousands of numbers, and to scale he would need to hire even more cold callers to reach enough leads to close the revenue desired. But that meant more money out, which meant he needed more money coming in, a vicious cycle over and over.

He immediately signed up for REISift to see how he could upload his data to clean, sort, and create campaigns the proper way. Even if it took a few extra steps and knowledge, he knew it would be worth it to build the business he desired.
Feeding the frustration of non-consistent revenue, -- there was still a huge amount of missing sales and marketing clarity -- Once someone finds a beacon it is not easy to commit. But seeing the community, Mcklane made the commitment, and the rest is history.
In the challenge McKlane learned what "data" even is, and how it should be properly managed and the proper flow in and out of your business to produce marketing campaigns. Close more deals, and cut marketing costs.
McKlane sat down and wrote out his process, he asked questions in the REISift Mastermind Community, and laser focused his efforts modeling the TEARs Reduction method taught in the challenge, and then applied the Go No Go strategies.
Taking the TEARs reduction method paired with the Go-No-Go McKlane selected a small segment of records to Deep Ninja "DNS" -- giving him the results mentioned above. Staying under the radar and above his competition -- McKlane produced revenue equal to companies spending thousands a week in marketing.
To be successful in marketing we have to know our numbers. McKlane took the results as part of the TEARs Reduction Method and conducted data analysis against his prospects to find who he is not reaching vs who he is contacting. He tracked these inside REiSift, and dug deeper to reach VALUABLE PROSPECTS he was MISSING (Go No Go Process).
McKlane, as seen above, tracked his results carefully. He now knows his numbers inside and out in order to have a baseline each week and to find where he is not maintaining his weekly Metrics-- using both data analysis and the proper micro effort around marketing. Each dollar or minute spent is a metric towards more revenue not "tears" of lost revenue.
This is an easy one! McKlane locked up deals. After all the above is complete, part of his KPI's are $$$ in the bank, efforts fulfilled, confidence built, and a process well defined.
He does this over and over, like clockwork, and continues to automate so he has a team taking over this process, adding more marketing channels into the mix as his company grows with confidence, clarity, and insight. NOT rainbows and butterfly dreams.
